2. Product Information & Availability


  • We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, materials, dimensions, and colors are accurate and up‑to‑date. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if items are out of stock, discontinued, or cannot be fulfilled as listed.

3. Pricing & Taxes

6. Shipping & Delivery (Canada Only)


  • We offer FREE standard shipping on ALL orders to Canadian addresses.
  • Expedited shipping is available at additional cost, calculated by weight and speed at checkout.
  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days across Canada.
  • Multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses to speed up delivery, with separate tracking numbers provided.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address. We are not liable for delays or non‑delivery caused by inaccurate address information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

  • Returns due to HomeSavor error (defects, wrong items, missing parts): we cover return shipping and provide a full refund including original shipping.
  • Returns for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect choice): you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non‑returnable items include used or opened kitchenware, tableware, food‑contact products, and personalized or clearance items for health and safety reasons.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and credited to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges follow the return process; any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items


Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement, full refund, or appropriate resolution at no cost to you.

9. Customs & Import Fees


For orders fulfilled from international locations to Canada, any customs duties, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by Canadian authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Such fees are non‑refundable. Refusal of a package due to customs fees will result in deductions from your refund for original shipping, duties, and return costs.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property


All content on the HomeSavor website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Privacy

12. Limitation of Liability
