Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at HomeSavor. We carefully select all kitchenware to ensure quality and satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with this policy.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Products must include all original tags, boxes, and accessories
- Clearance, personalized, or custom-engraved items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used tableware, glassware, and cutlery
- Used cookware, kitchen utensils, and food-contact items
- Opened tea sets, coffee mugs, and beverageware
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@homesavors.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and send a return approval and detailed return instructions within 2–3 business days.
- Ship the item back using a traceable shipping service. We recommend keeping your tracking number for confirmation.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped).
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is caused by our mistake (wrong item, defective product, missing parts), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund including original shipping.
- If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size, no longer needed), you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above.
Once we receive and process your returned item, we will ship the new item to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@homesavors.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, packaging, and label.
We will arrange a replacement, full refund, or other resolution at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated processing time:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, email us at support@homesavors.com with your order details.
