Is Shipping Free?
At HomeSavor, we want to make shopping for your kitchen essentials simple and enjoyable. We offer FREE standard shipping across Canada on ALL orders.

Why Is My Order Shipped in Multiple Packages?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, multi-item orders may ship separately from our regional and international warehouses, depending on stock availability. If a product is high-demand or temporarily out of stock in one location, we split shipments to avoid delays. Rest assured, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package so you can monitor every delivery.


When Will I Receive My Order?
Our Canadian and international warehouses process orders promptly. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Once shipped, estimated delivery times within Canada are:

What If My Order Is Delayed or Lost in Transit?
Every HomeSavor order is fully insured for shipping and handling. If your package is delayed, held by customs, returned, or lost during delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience. Tracking Shows “Delivered” But I Haven’t Received It
All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If tracking lists your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the delivering carrier directly to investigate—they can confirm delivery location, time, and any special instructions. HomeSavor cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you have experienced lost or stolen packages at your address before, we recommend shipping to a workplace or secure location for future orders.


Wrong Address Disclaimer
You are responsible for providing a accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Due to our fast processing timeline, we have a limited window to modify or cancel orders. If you need to correct your address, please email us immediately at support@homesavors.com. While we will try our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
If your package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it to the correct address or issue a refund for the product cost. Any fees paid for expedited shipping will not be refunded.
